A trip to the seaside...

I should have been working, but I’m not, and the weatherman said if I loaded up the van the wind would blow me to the North Yorkshire coast. So I did.

I camped last night in a picnic car park high on the hill overlooking Robin Hoods Bay. It seems a popular spot - there were 2 other camper vans when I arrived and a huge monstrosity of a motor home. I’ll not be so popular if any owners read this in the future, but these things are barely practical - it was the size of a bus!

Today, I’ve had a great walk along the old railway line to Whitby. Back to the van now; I think tomorrow sounds like a Sunday lunch day...

Again, the photos are in reverse order.

A quick “hello” to Robin Hoods Bay and then on to the pub fo a pint 🍺
